Welcome Message

From the Charles River in Cambridge to the Sudbury River in Wayland, covering all the towns West of Boston, between these 2 rivers, I am here to help you with your real estate needs. As a Massachusetts resident for the last 30 years, I have lived and owned real estate in 6 of these towns. As a Realtor for the last 26 years, I have helped clients buy, sell, and buy again as changes in work, family and finances have resulted in changes in their housing needs. More space, less space, investment property, single floor living, a bigger yard, moving within the city and out of the city, all are common needs as we live our lives. As you grow and your needs change, I am there for you. I understand, I listen and I love helping people find the place, the space and the home that works for them, right now.

Between 2 Rivers Real Estate

Its bowl like shape and expansive lawn area, surrounded by trees and overlooked by the Town Hall and other historical buildings, is striking in itself...Continue Reading...

Between 2 Rivers Real Estate

I need to park at meters a lot in my line of work.  I try to keep a dish of quarters in my car but inevitably, whenever I need one, the dish is often empty.  When I find myself without change, I usually take my chances rather than running into a store to get change, figuring I will be back quickly and that I will beat the metermaid.  When I return to a $50 ticket I wish I had made a bigger effort... But finally there is hope for those of us without change!  The city...Continue Reading...

Between 2 Rivers Real Estate

Many times when I go to meet with a seller to talk about the value of their home I hear, "well Zillow says my house is worth..." Zillow is a wonderful resource.  The Zestimates they provide are extremely interesting. But if you are selling, or buying, it is important that you recognize that relying solely on a Zestimate to place value can cost you. Don't take it from me, take it from them.  The following statements are direct quotes, taken right off the Zillow site: The Zestimate...Continue Reading...
